Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for hip and knee implants.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of company products among orthopedic surgeons and healthcare facilities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Clinical Support Executives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, KPIs, and incentive alignment.

Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), orthopedic surgeons, procurement heads, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and tenders in alignment with company policy and profit margins.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Clinical & Commercial Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
  • Organize and support clinical workshops, CMEs, surgeon training programs, and product demos.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Monitor sales data, prepare detailed forecasts, and submit regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines related to medical device sales and interactions with healthcare professionals.
