ABSHRI (with ABBIO-Shield)
A Direct Vat Set culture for shrikhand and its chakka base, with ABBIO-Shield bioprotective strains that protect the product against spoilage bacteria and moulds. It extends the shelf life of chakka by three weeks. Supplied freeze-dried for direct addition to the vat.
