A probiotic claim you can still make at end of shelf life.
The challenge
What usually goes wrong.
A probiotic claim is a labelling commitment, not a marketing line. It has to hold at the end of shelf life, not on the day of manufacture, and that is a question about viable counts through distribution rather than about the culture alone.
ABDAHI (Probiotic) is the line to trial when the product carries a claim. We would rather talk through the claim wording and the count you need to hold than ship against an assumption.
Process parameters
On the data sheet
- Incubation temperature
- Incubation time
- Target acidity
- Recommended dosage
- Cooling / setting
We publish figures we can stand behind. These are confirmed per batch and per application, so they come from the data sheet rather than a web page.

Can you support the regulatory side of a probiotic claim?
We can supply the culture, and develop the product around it if the claim is central to it. The claim itself must be confirmed against current FSSAI requirements — talk to a technologist early.
Send us your probiotics & functional spec.
Tell us the texture and acidity you are targeting and the volumes you run. A technologist replies with a recommendation and a sample.
